In the early 2000s, the property changed hands and underwent a significant transformation. Recognizing the beauty and potential of the property, the Williams family decided to convert the historic farm into an idyllic event venue for everyone to enjoy.

Derived from the word cambium, which refers to the layer of a tree responsible for growth and regeneration, the name symbolizes the family's eagerness to breathe new life into this historic space.
